At Chartercast, our mission is to ensure every order arrives safely, promptly, and without hassle. From the moment your purchase is confirmed to the second it reaches your doorstep, we treat every package with the utmost care and precision.

1. Order Processing Time

We strive to get your items ready for shipment as quickly as possible:

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 2 to 5 business days.

  • Business Days: Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays).

  • Daily Cut-off Time: 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

    • Orders placed after 7:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.

    • Orders placed on Sundays will enter processing on the following Monday.

2. Custom & Bulk Orders

Specialized orders require extra attention to ensure high quality:

  • Custom-Printed & Personalized Items: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for design verification and production setup.

  • Bulk Orders (50+ units): Processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on material availability and current production load.

3. Shipping Rates & Partners

To provide reliable nationwide delivery, we partner with leading U.S. carriers:

  • Shipping Partners: USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL (for select regions or express services).

  • Shipping Cost: A standard flat-rate fee of $6.99 USD applies to all domestic orders.

4. Non-Serviceable Locations

Currently, Chartercast does not ship to the following destinations:

  • Alaska and Hawaii.

  • U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands).

  • P.O. Boxes.

  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

We are actively working on expanding our logistics to serve these areas in the future.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your package dispatches, a Tracking Number will be sent automatically to your email or phone number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's website after you receive your notification.

6. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During high-volume periods—such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s—carrier delays are common.

Recommendation: We suggest placing your holiday orders 2–3 weeks in advance to avoid potential delays.
