5. Submitting a Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification containing:

  • Your signature and contact details.

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or California, if outside the U.S.), and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complaining party.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Chartercast reserves the right to terminate or restrict access for users who are deemed "repeat infringers." We may also remove content at any time, at our discretion, to comply with legal obligations or protect the rights of others.

7. Misrepresentations

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
